- The main feature which distinguishes my clothes from tradition Thumbi Kurtas (Shalwar Kameez), is that it has a hoodie.

- Yes, I will be offering a range of different colour options you can choose from for each item.
- I will be also offering the customer to add there own sizes to each order to get a more custom fit, for a bit more money.

Shipping and delivery
- We will be shipping worldwide from the UK, so the options may vary depending on where you're from.
- For more accurate shipping information, visit the page of the product you would like to buy.
- As each item will be made to order for the time being, as we are still a new company, the delivery time will be a bit longer than aspected, such as minimum 2 week due to the items being made in Pakistan.
- A more accurate delivery time will be available for each product on their product page in the description
- Please wait a day or two after the set delivery date, if there is still no delivery made then please contact us on our contact page and we will get back to you asap with options on how to move foward.
- Yes, we will offer tracked deliveries, for a extra fee, which you can select at checkout
- Our main delivery method will be using DHL, and they do have a extensive list of countries they deliver to.
Returns and exchanges
- All clothes that are brought with the standards sizes offered will be offered a full refund when returned.
- All customs sizes orders or custom pattern orders will only be offered full refund if the problem with the product was our fault.
- Any defected products will be offered a full refund on return.
- You will need to ship the product back to us first, and all orders will come with a free return shipping label
- Once we have confirmation of the item being returned it will take 3-5 business day for the refund to be processed.
- If any problems occur we will contact you with updates.
- Custom size and custom pattern order will not be eligible for refund except if the problem with the products was our fault
- Yes, we do allow exchanges but will need you to confirm that you have sent the product back first before we can process the exchange.
- If you have an account with us, you will be able to request a refund on your order in your account setting.
- If you do not have an account, then you will need to contact us on our Contact page, with your order number.
- Once confirmation of your order being returned has been recieved, we will then start the process of refunding your order, which will take 3-5 business days.
